Raspberry Steamed Mussels |

Ingredients: 2 lbs. of fresh mussels (cleaned & bearded) 4 oz. white wine 4 oz. raspberry vinegar 2 cloves chopped garlic 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. “Shaman Spice” Instructions: Heat pan on medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Once hot, add mussels and stir until mussels are covered in oil. Add garlic, “Shaman Spice”, white wine and raspberry vinegar. Stir again Cover for about 5 minutes or until mussels are fully opened. Remove lid, place in large bowl and serve immediately with your favorite fresh bread for dipping. Note: If there are any unopened mussels thow them out as they are bad. |
